Quick Fix Guide
1. I cannot access my courses
Are you signed in? if yes, are you signing in with the email address you registered your account with?
(honestly, this trips many of our amazing learners up)
2. I have either an individual subscription or am part of an organisation subscription and I have hit a paywall
Check you are signed in with the correct email address (the one you or your organisation registered you with)
3. Where do I find my certificates?
When you complete a course in full (nice one legend), you will have the option to download your certificate. You can always head back to the course in future and download, as long as you have a paid subscription
4. Where is my password reset email?
Check your junk emails
5. I am still stuck...help
