Tolita Noel

Tolita is a Registered Nurse with extensive frontline clinical expertise. Her experience delivering patient care gives her a strong understanding of the realities and challenges faced by healthcare teams and communities. As Clinical Change Lead, she is passionate about driving meaningful change across the health sector, supporting teams throughout the regions, and improving outcomes for both staff and patients. She is a strong advocate for quality care, equitable access to healthcare, and ensuring services reach and support all communities.

Joy Yang

Joy is a Registered Nurse with over seven years of experience in aged care and clinical management. She is passionate about supporting older adults with complex health needs and has extensive experience in dementia care, along with a strong interest in wound management. She is also undertaking a Master of Nursing degree.
