Professional Supervision — for Registered and Care Staff

In the care sector, we talk a lot about compassion, patience, and resilience — but we rarely talk about how to sustain them. Supervision is where that happens. It’s a reflective, guided space for care professionals to pause, unpack their experiences, and strengthen their practice.

At Care Training, we believe supervision is essential and shouldn’t just be for clinicians. Every person working in care — whether registered or not — deserves professional space to think, reflect, and grow.

Our goal is to make supervision normalised, there for we are making it affordable $85 per hour + GST. All sessions are with a registered health professional or Professional Coach.

Supervision gives care staff time to pause, talk openly, and make sense of the challenges that come with supporting others. It’s a professional check-in that strengthens clarity and confidence.
